TV offers

With a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a super low input delay, the LG C1 (8/10, WIRED recommends) is the most beautiful looking TV I’ve ever used to play video games. It also has perfect black levels, a very easy-to-use interface and a remote control that you can point and click like the old Wiimotes. It’s the most beautiful screen I’ve seen for the price.

If you don’t need a huge screen, this is a solid offer for a very decent Samsung. It has a company panel with quantum dots for lighter colors and comes with proprietary image processing to make the sport look smoother. It also has built-in Google Assistant and Alexa.

Buy a Sony TV for great handling, and that’s what you get with this X85J. It has a refresh rate of 120 Hz for smooth sports and games, and Sony’s 4K X-Reality Pro engine boosts standard HD content to look nicer on a 4K panel.

Do you also hate the fact that most TVs come with their feet far away on both sides, which makes your existing TV stand useless? The Q80A is a great TV that comes with a center stand, so it will fit on old furniture.

Sony makes the most beautiful TVs that can be bought with money, and this OLED model is no exception. If you want to use the TV in a small viewing space, or if you want an additional monitor for streaming videos and games, this is a great choice, even at a still high price for its size. The center stand makes it easier to set up than other models.

Offer for headphones and speakers

Apple AirPods Max

AirPods Max are the best sounding wireless headphones I’ve ever heard. They usually come with a pretty high price tag, but this weekend will almost come close to what you would pay for a similar (but worse sounding) model from Sony or Bose. If you’ve been waiting to catch a couple, now is the time.

The new AirPods Pro are the same as the old ones (8/10, WIRED recommends), but now they come with a MagSafe charging case, which makes them better for those of us who break cables. They are currently the cheapest I’ve seen, which is why it’s a good time to buy nicer AirPods if your older couple is starting to have a super short battery life.

Looking for a pair of noise canceling headphones? This new Sony model (7/10, WIRED recommends) is a bit bulky — I’d avoid it if you have smaller ears — but they offer the best noise reduction I’ve ever heard from a pair of headphones. Insert them and the rest of the world will disappear.

I like the Polk Audio React that supports Alexa (8/10, WIRED recommends) because it’s a modular soundtrack system. You can start with this bar and then add subwoofer or surround speakers down the line, as space or budget allows. Alexa functionality is also great for setting a timer and for checking the time before you go outside.

Everyone needs a soundbar, and this one is very cheap. The wireless subwoofer will make all your favorite shows and movies come to life, which means this thing is no awful for playing dance music or karaoke.

Sennheiser’s hyperscope Ambeo soundtrack is one thick array of speakers that is capable of filling even large rooms with high fidelity sound. It is also one of the most expensive soundtracks with one unit that money can buy, which is why this $ 500 discount is worth noting. If you’re in the middle of remodeling and have a budget, this tape sounds almost as good as a dedicated surround system, but in a much more elegant package.

Not the biggest discount, but I fell in love with these little Sony speakers. They are about the size of a can of beer and allow you to take your favorite songs with you, thanks to the IP67 rating of dust and water resistance and 16 hours of battery life.

Computer and home offer

iRobot Roomba J7 +

Roomba makes the best robotic vacuum cleaners, and its self-discharge models are the only ones we found to really work as advertised. It’s still expensive at this price, but if you’re tired of vacuuming, a robot vacuum cleaner like this will be a gift – get it from someone who owns two dogs.

We are big fans of the M1 Macbook Air (9/10, WIRED recommends.) Even with a $ 50 discount, it is a worthwhile purchase for those who need a very powerful laptop with excellent battery life. This offer is also available at the Micro Center for an even bigger discount, if you can download it in person.

Do you still spend hours on Zoom calls every week? Consider increasing the sound quality with a microphone like this Blue Yeti X, which comes in sleek black and will seriously increase how good you sound to your colleagues.

Slow internet has been a struggle for many of us during the pandemic, and this Networking Orbi mesh router system is our favorite solution for larger homes. It is intended for houses up to 5,000 square meters.
